12.2 Installation problem - adrunfmw.sh shell script

There is an installation problem with the 12.2 EBS system. After creating the stage and start the installation process the progress bar hang at 38% and nothing happens.

I have looked after into the log files and find that the installation stopped at invoking of the adrunfmw.sh shell script. (it starts the deploying process of the new FMW server and EBS middleware programs).

I have search for it on Oracle Support site - nothing found - second on Google and found this forum:
https://forums.oracle.com/message/11203198

The forum was opened for this problem, the Oracle side commenter mentioned the stage wasn't created well it is contain much more programs then it need.

Citing a comment:
You can download all mandatory components and optional components and follow the readme (upgrade driver, nls patch etc), but just that the non-Rapid Install components should be downloaded to a different location than RI stage (to avoid corrupting RI stage). :

so you have :
/d01/oracle/RIStage/<only RI components given above> , run buildStage.sh --> Install using this stage.

RI Components :
          1. Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2.0  Rapid Install Start Here
          2. Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2.0  Rapid Install (All Disks and Parts)
          3. Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2.0 for Linux x86-64 Rapid Install Technoloyg one-off Patches
          4. Oracle WebLogic Server 11gR1 (10.3.6) Generic and Coherence
5.Oracle Fusion Middleware Web Tier Utilities 11g Patch Set 5 (11.1.1.6.0) for Linux x86-64

all the other components (mandatory or optional) download to :
/d01/oracle/Others/<non-RI components> --> follow documentation to run and install them

This includes the update pack and nls zips (since only when you have an RI 12.2 instance can you apply any upgrade or nls patch). Downloading the  Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2.2 Update Pack for Linux x86 or Oracle E-Business Suite NLS Release 12.2.0 (36 languages) will not cause any issue (but the stage will have all these zips also unzipped un-necessarily). The original issue is mainly caused by downloading the Oracle Portal, Forms, Reports and Discoverer 11g * patches and unzipping them on stage (that is what showed as Disk1 , Disk2, Disk3, Disk4 , Disk5 ) .

So I have started to recreate the stage area but I am wondering if I had to use a shell script to create the stage area how is itt possible that this shell script didn't know what files should he extract what not?
